A deposit of 30% is required to hold the place(s). For a liveaboard, the remaining 70% must be paid 45 days before cruise departure. If payment is not received in this time period, we have the right to resell the booked places. For courses and/or daytrips, the remaining 70% can be paid at our office prior to the departure date of the trip(s) or the starting date of the course. Of course you are more than welcome to pay the remaining 70% beforehand, either online or through one of our bank accounts.

In case you decide to pay the remainder at our office, please note that we will add a surcharge of 4% for all credit card payments for any amount less than 40,000 Thai Baht, only if they are done at our office. Online credit card payments are free of charge.

You can pay by money transfer net of charge to one of our bank accounts, by money transfer to our PayPal account or by credit card. We will not be responsible for any bank charges, but please note that transfers to our bank account in the Netherlands can be done free of charge within the Euro Zone.
For credit card payments you can either use PayPal or you can contact us, and we will send you all the information you need. If using PayPal, please transfer the money to info@thailand-scuba.com. Opening an account with PayPal is free of charge and takes 5 minutes.

Daytrips and diving courses must be cancelled not later than 18.00 hours (6.00 PM) the day before. In case of no show or cancellation after this time, the full price will be charged.
If a liveaboard is cancelled by you, the guest, more than 60 days before departure date, the deposit will be returned minus a 5% fee for bank costs.
If a liveaboard is cancelled by you, the guest, between 60 and 30 days before departure, the deposit will be charged, the remainder will be refunded.
If a liveaboard is cancelled by you, the guest, less than 30 days before departure, the full price will be charged.
If a liveaboard is cancelled by us or by the boat operator, we offer you a full refund minus bank fees. We are not responsible for losses due to changes in hotel bookings or flights etc.

We therefore suggest you to purchase some kind of travel/cancellation insurance of the trip.
