I was worried about accomodation at short notice but the guesthouse you found was ideal and worked for our budget. I'd heard Phuket diving wasn't great but compared to the diving I've done in Phangan and Puerto Vallharta, it was the best I've seen so far. Marco, the dive instructor, was great fun to dive with. It was such ahot day, we upgraded to the air-conditioned rooms in the end. Very satisfied with the guesthouse- nice big clean rooms!Thanks for the recommendations and assisting with the bookings.Am sure we will revisit phuket in future, so we'll meet again. Chris Whittle       18-11-07 Following a very active two week trecking holiday in Thailand, in August, we wanted to bolt on a week of diving for me and my daughter. Having not had experience of dive centres in Thailand, I contacted a variety of centres in southern Phuket, and happily for us, Steven responded with all the answers. He suggested what turned into an excellent itinerary, with a full breakdown of prices and discounts for low season. We were staying in a little hotel out at Nai Harn, and prompt pick-up and return was all included. Some centres did not include pick up and return - so always check. We had a great divemaster, Kob, who looked after us wonderfully, getting our gear ready well in advance of each dive and making the whole experience a pleasure. Equipment supplied was in very good working order, leaving us confident to do the deeper 30m dives. The week started with a couple of easy dives to get us into the swing of things, then into the full itinerary of what Phuket has to offer. Sea state was a bit rough at the beginning of the week, with some diveboats cancelling their trips but luckily for us we managed the whole 6 days. Visibilty was variable, OK (5-10m) to good. We experienced worse vis at Sipadan last year at this time.If I get back to Thailand for another chance to dive off Phuket, then I would not hesitate to contact Steven first. The service provided was excellent.

Lisa Anne Jones       20-08-07 The liveaboard was a lot of fun, the boat crew were great, the diving was nice although we had a lot of current. No big fish but plenty of nice dives and the viz was mostly very good. Food on the boat was good and the cabins were ok, although the aircon broke down so it was too hot to sleep in the cabins. The dive guides were very professional and safety concious so I was quite impressed with them because they were obviously very experienced and they knew what they were doing.All in all a good trip.Thanks for arranging everything while I was in Phuket, I had a lovely time, and please say hi to Kob for me! Hope to see you againLisa our comment: This was a low season (July-August) liveaboard trip, plus some daytrip diving from Phuket as well.
