This was my third trip to Thailand and the second time I used Phuket-scuba…com and Steven to coordinate my diving… I am familiar with Steven from the Trip Advisor and scubaboard…com forums where he is frequent poster and offers unbiased opinions about diving in Phuket…This trip I asked him to coordinate day trips and a liveaboard for six of us… To complicate matters, half of the group needed nitrox certifications, one needed a speciality dive, we all needed airport transfers on different dates, one needed equipment, I needed equipment serviced… In short, it was like herding cats…Steven at Phuket-scuba…com never missed a beat… He was helpful to the extreme… From the date of inquiry to our return airport transfers, the communication was quick and clear… He was always where he said he would be and all arrangements were handled flawlessly…He even checked up with me after the trip to insure all details were covered…In short, I would not hesitate to contact Steven again when I return to Phuket… He went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our dive trip was a raging success…

While surfing on the internet in search for a diving school, we came across Phuket dash Scuba…com, the school owned by Steven… After reading the experiences of other people who dived there and took courses, we decided to go ahead with them…We were treated kind and correctly, so we not only dived but also took several courses like advanced and nitrox and booked a live board in the Similans… For us that was the perfect holiday, we visited some similan islands and Richelieu rock, we have had top days of diving…Besides diving Steven will arrange tranport from the airport but the most important thing about Steven is, that he is a real nice and correct person… We now have some years contact with each other and we are very glad to have met him… When we are going back to Phuket for diving there is only one address for us for making new dive appointments and that is with Steven…

Hola! Gracias por preocuparte… Hemos disfrutado de Phuket en general aunque nos haya acompañado siempre la lluvia… Estamos acostumbrados a salidas multinivel y estas situaciones pasan… El número de inmersiones no significa que se esté mejor cualificado, y hasta el momento de la verdad no sabes con certeza como es de experimentado un buceador… No te preocupes, no estamos decepcionados! Aunque sinceramente algunos manotazos en nuestras máscaras y aleteos tocando al coral sí que nos molestaron… Habría que recordar lo importante que es respetar el fondo marino… El buceo es en parte suerte, ya tendremos futuras inmersiones más exitosas! Y nuestras felicitaciones a Lam, nos sentimos seguros y se le veía una persona muy responsable… Un saludo y muchas gracias por su servicio…
